Or at least it will be once I put three copies of this form in three different envelopes and send them to three different places. One of them is Oslo, which is cool. I can't believe how excited I am to have so much post office action in my future. Actually, that's not so surprising given my level of emotional attachment to the mail. What is it, exactly? The stamps? The handwriting? The smudgy lines that get all over postcards, so that you knowt they've been somewhere you've never been? Actually, I really wish you could see the person's fingerprints on things they send you. I could see myself getting awfully attached to fingerprints. These forms probably have Tove's fingerprints on them, since she's supposed to be my new best friend at the Norwegian Fulbright office. Well, thanks, Tove. Hyggelig å treffe deg!

Whoa ... I just realized I finally have my excuse to buy a Norwegian keyboard. Awesome.

Not hard at all, as far as I know. Flying from place to place in Europe is usally the cheapest, although I know there are ferries and such. You should totally look into it!
