God tur!

Happiness doesn't bode well for good blog-posting. Spring has definitely arrived in Oslo, two of my classes are basically over for the semester, and life in Norway is looking up ... It's the kind of thing that makes a person less enthusiastic about sitting at a laptop, writing about how you wish something good would happen. These days I would much rather be enjoying my life than keeping thorough records of it.

I thought I would take the time to mention, however, that Easter vacation begins today, and basically the city goes into hibernation. Because everyone's gone someplace warmer, usually. Although, it's not really that cold here. I think this custom was based on a pre-global warming Norway. In keeping with said custom, however, I will be traveling to Prague on Friday. Yes, Prague! How cool is that?!

I'm going to visit the beautiful Czech girls, whom faithful readers of my blog will remember well. They are putting us up and showing us around and generally being their charming, lovely selves until next Wednesday, when we fly home. (By we, I mean myself and my friend Katrin from Germany.) So I'm charging up my camera battery and generally being excited and a little nervous, but, hey, that's the fun in traveling, right?
